Core Structural Composition Of CZ Steel Equipment

CZ Steel EquipmentIt Is Not A Single Host, But A Complete Production Line Composed Of Multiple Functional Units That Work Together To Ensure Smooth Production Processes And Stable Product Quality. The Core Structure Can Be Divided Into Six Modules, Each With Its Own Responsibilities And Closely Connected:

1. Feeding And Unwinding Device: As The Starting Unit Of The Production Line, It Is Mainly Used To Carry Metal Coils, Achieve Smooth Unfolding And Guide Feeding Of Coils. The Core Components Include Steel Coil Frame, Unwinding Machine, Feeding Device And Pressure Roller, Which Can Effectively Prevent Coil Loosening And Deviation, And Adapt To Metal Coils Of Different Widths And Weights (such As Cold-rolled Coils, Galvanized Coils, Color Coated Coils, Etc.).

2. Feed Guidance And Leveling Device: It Receives The Uncoiled Metal Strip And Eliminates The Curling Stress Of The Strip Through Guide Rollers And Multi Roll Straightening Units (usually 5-roll, 7-roll, Or 9-roll) To Achieve Preliminary Leveling. At The Same Time, It Guides The Strip Accurately Into The Forming Host To Avoid Affecting The Forming Accuracy Due To Strip Bending Or Offset.

3. Forming Host (core Unit): The "heart" Of The Entire Production Line, Consisting Of 12-22 Independent Forming Racks Arranged In Sequence (the Specific Number Of Lanes Is Adjusted According To The Thickness And Complexity Of The Profile), Each Rack Is Equipped With One Or More Pairs Of Precision Designed Forming Rollers. The Rolling Mill Is Made Of Wear-resistant Die Steel Such As Gr12MoV, Which Can Reach A Hardness Of HRC58-60 After Quenching Treatment. It Is Designed According To The Progressive Curve Of C/Z Steel Section, And The Straight Strip Is Gradually Bent Into The Target Section Through Continuous Rolling. At The Same Time, Modular Design Can Be Used To Achieve Rapid Changeover Between C And Z Profiles.

4. Cutting Device: During The Continuous Forming Process Of Profiles, They Are Cut Into Fixed Length Products According To The Preset Length. The Mainstream Cutting Methods Are Divided Into Three Types: Flying Saw Cutting (fast Speed, Smooth Cutting Surface, Currently Mainstream), Shear Cutting (simple Structure, Suitable For Thin Material Processing), And Die Cutting (highest Precision, Relatively Low Efficiency, Suitable For High-end Customization Needs). Equipped With A Fixed Length Device And Synchronous Tracking System, The Cutting Length Is Accurately Controllable (error ≤± 0.5mm).

5. Discharge And Receiving Device: Used To Smoothly Receive The Cut CZ Steel Products. According To Production Capacity Requirements, Inclined Discharge Racks, Chain Conveyors, Roller Conveyors, Or Automatic Palletizing Robots Can Be Selected To Achieve Orderly Collection And Stacking Of Finished Products, Reduce Manual Handling, And Improve Production Continuity.

6. Electrical Control System: The "brain" Of The Entire Production Line, With The Core Using PLC Programmable Controller And Variable Frequency Drive (high-end Models Equipped With Servo Drive), Combined With A Touch Screen Human-machine Interaction Interface, Can Achieve Precise Settings Of Feeding Speed, Roll Adjustment, Cutting Length, Production Counting And Other Parameters. At The Same Time, It Has Functions Such As Fault Alarm And Parameter Storage. Some High-end Models Also Integrate AI Visual Quality Inspection And Remote Operation And Maintenance Functions To Achieve Intelligent Control Of The Entire Process.
